William Krygier

President


Bill learned the art of property management at his father's knee. To expand his knowledge, Bill attended The University of New Haven where he attained a degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting. He also received a number of specialized certificates in real estate and property management.


Even more importantly than his educational background, Bill brings an unusually high level of integrity and honor to his relationships with clients, staff, and vendors. Bill believes that treating people with respect will ensure that potentially difficult decisions affecting property values can be made equitably. Progress is achieved with regard to implementation of well thought out long-term projects.


Bill personally oversees each of the properties Empire engages as a client. In this capacity, he meets with boards of directors on a regular basis to review the financial status of the association. In addition, he supervises vendors on all capital improvement projects.


One of Bill's personal loves is gardening. He is very pleased to offer his more than 30 years of experience to every condominium association we manage. This ensures the curb appeal of the properties, which leads to value enhancement.


Lillian Rojas

Finance Manager


Lillian brings more than 25 years of non-profit financial management experience to Empire Property Management. At Empire, Lillian supervises the works involved with managing the funds of the condominium associations. Lillian prepares annual budgets, work with CPAs to complete and prepare tax returns, monitors collections, and reviews insurance policies. Lillian knows that every penny counts and she ensures that they are carefully tracked.


Bette Bosco

Maintenance Manager


Bette is the manager of Empire's maintenance issues. She is responsible for the day-to-day happenings with the clients. With more than 15 years of customer service experience, Bette knows how to quickly assess problems and dispatchs the right resources for quick results. In addition, Bette has an unparallelled level of tenacity and uses this trait to ensure maintenance vendors complete assigned tasks.


William Botta

Accounts Receivable


William is a very important member of Empire's Finance Department. In addition to processing unit owner payments, he assists owners who may have questions about their accounts. In addition, he supports the Finance Manager with year end tax reporting and the preparation of our spreadsheets.


Cara Moraitis

Administrative Services, Bylaws Administrator, and Accounts Payable


Cara fulfills a number of key roles at Empire Property Management. One of her primary functions is to assist Lillian with taking care of the accounts payable, and is the bylaw administrator ensuring that association members understand the guidelines set out by the association's rules, regulations and declaration.

A secondary responsibility of her position is to assist the property manager in the follow through on the notification to the residents who may be in violation of the rules and regulations.


Lindsay Lauren

Receptionist, Executive Assistant, Seasonal Contract Coordinator


Empire's clients recognize Lindsay as the voice of Empire because she answers our busy telephone lines. However, behind the scenes, Lindsay is a top notch assistant and provides support to the Property Manager in the gathering of all seasonal contracts.
